Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Gasimus may approve or deny refunds for subscription plans, credit purchases, and billing-related issues.

1. General Policy

Gasimus provides digital services that begin delivering value shortly after purchase through account access, feature enablement, credit allocation, AI compute availability, and related infrastructure commitments. Because of that, payments are generally non-refundable once credits are granted, the billing period starts, or the purchased service has been materially delivered.

If a plan is offered as a recurring subscription, canceling it stops future renewals but does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly approved by us.

2. When a Refund May Be Approved

We may approve a full or partial refund, in our reasonable discretion, if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • you were charged successfully but the purchased credits or plan access were not delivered;
  • a verified technical failure on our side prevented substantial use of the purchased service;
  • the charge was unauthorized and supported by reasonable verification; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

3. When a Refund Will Usually Not Be Approved

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • change of mind after purchase;
  • unused subscription time or partially used billing periods;
  • unused included credits that expire or reset under the plan terms;
  • dissatisfaction with creative style, prompt results, or subjective output quality where the service functioned normally;
  • restrictions, suspensions, or losses caused by a breach of our Terms and Conditions; or
  • purchases made to test the service without first using available free or lower-cost options.

4. Credits and Usage

If any purchased or included credits have already been used, we may deny the refund entirely or deduct the value of the compute, provider costs, or benefits already consumed before issuing any partial refund.

If a refund is approved for a purchase tied to granted credits or active plan access, we may revoke the related credits, downgrade the plan, suspend access, or reverse associated entitlements as needed to reflect the refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, plan or product purchased, transaction reference, and a short explanation of the issue.

Please submit refund requests within 7 days of the relevant charge unless applicable law requires a longer period.

6. Review and Processing Time

We may request additional information before making a decision. If a refund is approved, we will normally begin processing it within 5 to 10 business days. The final posting time depends on your payment processor, bank, card network, or wallet provider.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible and remain subject to the rules and timelines of the relevant payment processor.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before starting a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we have an opportunity to review the issue directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, reversal of credits, or permanent loss of access.

8. Relationship to Other Terms

This Refund Policy forms part of the Gasimus Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law will control to the extent required.
