By accessing or using Gasimus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Gasimus on behalf of a company, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your login credentials, activity under your account, and for maintaining the security of your devices and session.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised, is being used abusively, or violates these terms.

Gasimus provides AI-assisted tools for generating and editing images, videos, websites, and agent-based workflows. Features may include prompts, uploads, reference assets, website publishing, project storage, and access to third-party AI models.

We may add, remove, improve, or limit features at any time, including model availability, output formats, credit rates, fair-use controls, and generation limits.

Paid plans provide access to subscription benefits and a monthly or annual allocation of credits. Credits are the usage unit for AI generations and other metered actions inside Gasimus.

Included subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If Gasimus offers one-time top-up credits, those top-up credits remain available while your account stays active, unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase.

Credit consumption may vary by model, resolution, duration, workflow, or feature. Premium models and video generation generally consume more credits than lightweight image models.

Payments may be processed through third-party processors such as Polar, Mayar, or Midtrans. Your payment is also subject to the applicable processor terms, payment method rules, taxes, and any disclosed processing or channel fees.

If a plan is offered on a recurring subscription basis, it may renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled before the next renewal. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, cancellation stops future renewals and does not create a prorated refund for the current billing period.

We may change prices, credit allocations, model mappings, or plan benefits prospectively. Any change will apply no earlier than the next purchase or renewal period unless required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

If a plan is described as including unlimited access, unlimited generations, or unlimited models, that offering remains subject to fair use, technical limits, queueing, concurrency caps, abuse prevention, and model eligibility rules.

Unlimited access does not mean unrestricted access to every model, every provider, or every generation path at all times. We may apply throttling, rate limits, or additional verification to protect the service and other users.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, text, images, files, website assets, and other content you submit to Gasimus. You must have all rights, permissions, and legal bases needed to upload or process that content.

You may not submit or use content that:

• violates law, contracts, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;
• contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to compromise our systems;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, exploitative, or abusive;
• impersonates a person or brand in a misleading way, including non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive face swaps, or synthetic media used for fraud, harassment, or defamation;
• sexualizes minors, exploits children, or involves illegal, non-consensual, or sexually explicit exploitative content;
• is intended to spam, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform; or
• violates any provider policy that applies to models available through Gasimus.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and deciding whether to use any output.

Gasimus does not guarantee uniqueness, originality, legal clearance, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of generated content. You should obtain professional review when using outputs in regulated, sensitive, or high-stakes contexts.

As between you and Gasimus, you retain rights you own in your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Gasimus grants you any rights we may hold in generated outputs to the extent needed for your lawful use of those outputs.

Commercial use rights may depend on your plan, the model used, and any additional in-product disclosures. You are responsible for checking whether a specific workflow, output, or plan is appropriate for client work, marketing, resale, publication, or other commercial use.

Gasimus, our brand assets, interface, software, and service content remain our property or the property of our licensors.

Gasimus may allow you to publish websites, previews, or other outputs to public URLs. When you publish content publicly, you are directing us to make that content accessible to others and you accept the risks of public distribution.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights clearance of anything you publish, host, or share through Gasimus, including business claims, customer-facing copy, media, personal data, and third-party code or assets.

Gasimus relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including AI model vendors, payment processors, storage, email, authentication, hosting, and delivery tools. Availability, speed, cost, and output quality may be affected by those third parties.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, quality issues, or interruptions caused by third-party providers, although we may take reasonable steps to mitigate them.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you have breached these terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay, abused the service, or used Gasimus in a way that harms the platform, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not excuse amounts already owed or automatically create a refund right.

We may investigate prompts, uploads, generation activity, published outputs, billing activity, and related account behavior for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, and abuse mitigation.

We may remove content, disable generations, limit models or features, require additional verification, cancel suspicious transactions, or suspend affected accounts where reasonably necessary to protect Gasimus, users, payment partners, infrastructure providers, or third parties.

Gasimus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gasimus and its affiliates, founders, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Gasimus will not exceed the amount you paid to Gasimus for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us during that period.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gasimus and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your published outputs, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Gasimus after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
